Meat World is weighing its meat incorrectly

I bought a whole lamb at Meat World Centurion and the advertised weight was 14.6 kg. When I asked them to weigh the meat, it weighed 12.4kg. What a rip off. I spoke with the manager and his excuse was that the store was busy. I buy meat from there every month. I'm getting ripped off every month. I wonder how many other customers are being robbed in this way.
