Ad quality meat

I bought 1kg marinated lamb chops on 16 Nov 2013. When we put it into the oven we could get a bad smell. We then tasted the meat and it was stale or gone bad. I then contacted the branch at 16:55. Whoever answered the phone said they were closed. I then asked for the butchery manager, the lady that answered then told me they were closed. I tried to explain to her that I cannot come in the next day then gave me attitude and told me to make sure I come in 10 minutes. I arrived at the branch and the manger didn't even apologise. I explained to the butchery manager and he said that the meat might have got mixed with the old meat. I explained the inconvenience and he said that I can have my money back and that was it. There was no formal apology. I am a frequent customer at this branch but I don't think I will go back due to the staff to much in a hurry to go home and the quality of the items sold. The attitude of the staff is despicable. I am disgusted with the staff and the meat sold. I don't recommend it to anybody even though I used to shop at the branch at least once a week. I still got the stench in my house from the meat 4 hours later. I thorough investigation needs to take place
