Incomplete orde

On Sunday the 25 August 16:30 on till B. we came in to buy 12 hot wings with my girlfriend they didn't take long to gave us our takeaway order and we left. We went to the shops then straight home, when we got the home the order was incomplete. Called the shop and the guy by the name of Ben answered the phone and said he was the manager, told him the situation and he said I should come fetch the hotwings that are missing, told him that i live in Eastleigh there's no way I can drive all the way for four wings. He then decided to take my numbers promising to call me first thing in the morning because now he's knocking off. I'm sure it happens a lot and I'm not the first person to receive such treatment.
