Chicken Licken
Wrong orde

I went to chicken licken in Braamfisher during lunch around 12:30 to buy some hot wings, unfortunately the cashiers gave me a wrong order. I bought extra large wings but they gave me regular wings. I am their customer so I know the sizes of their wings. I only discovered the order at work. I don't check as they normally give me the correct order. Since my lunch was over I couldn't return them and I was hungry. I tried to check their numbers on the internet but their line is either not working or engaged. Phoned the head office only to find unfriendly people picking up the line, not sure if they have telephone etiquette. I phoned their complaints line and I got a massage to leave a massage as the consultant is not available to take my call. Chicken licken has more than 20 franchises in Gauteng but there is only one person to answer their customer care line. I am not sure why but it is unprofessional. while most franchises have more than one person responsible for their customer care, the contact details for the store are up to date and functional on the website.
