Must go back for apology, to get more problems!!

After the previous complaint, shop manager Enrico, apologised and said I should ask for him, he will help personally and would like to give me something. Saturday night I phoned Enrico, he said we are welcome and everything will be fine, the big boss is there. We arrived, he greeted and then said order with "them" pointing, we ordered and paid. We had to ASK what did he want to give us, he stood there looked, like what the #*? and say he can't manipulate the tills?? followed by... uuhmm, what about krusher... Wow! Then wanted feedback, I asked if he saw the video footage, he said it got LOST!! No one saw it!! How?? Then, we noticed our 5 piece not in our bag and our chips was not large. Again we called Enrico, he just said sorry and said to fix it. I told him nicely, I will NEVER go there again, there are 4other places right next to them or I will drive to town and support that KFC instead. And to top it off, as we walked out, we saw a staff member unloading the new buns out of a car, putting the crate on the pavement and throw the buns from the car, right in front of the shop!! I have photo evidenceI am a client service manager myself, and this is definitely NOT good client service at all.
