Unacceptable Hygiene and service

On Sunday 25th August at 6:39PM, I went to MCDonalds in Parkrand and ordered 4X Chocolate Cornetto Mc Flurry Ice Creams. Whilst waiting at the collection window at the drive through, I noticed how the lady that was getting my order ready that she used her bear hands to place the top covers on the cups as well as pick up the spoons with her hands where she proceeded to touch the part that we would place in our mouth as well. I find this totally unacceptable and I do not care what procedures are in place to ensure their hands are clean, this is not right. I would never give somebody utensils to eat with after holding the part they would place in their mouth with my bear hands. And on top of the hygiene issue, the deserts were not even mixed, all the toppings were just sprinkled on top and not mixed in. I would like to know how this is allowed and why the utensils do not come in a packaged sleeve as I feel they should
