Blue Harpe customers arrive at CLOSED DOORS!

My friends and I made a reservation at the Cafe 2 WEEKS before hand. It took us 30mins to find the mini shopping complex which is located in the middle of NOWHERE. We planned an entire day of wine tasting and the Cafe would have been our final stop before heading all the way back to the Southern Suburbs When we arrived the doors to the Cafe were locked with no one in sight. It was a complete waste on time and money since we paid IN ADVANCE for lunch for four. When we inquired about the whereabouts of the staff at a nearby shop we were given the number of the owners father (owner of the mini complex). He did very little to remedy the situation and encouraged us to visit another restaurant. Should we wish to redeem our voucher, which we paid good money for, we will have to shlep all the way back to Stellenbosch. Disappointed, annoyed and aggravated.
