Take aways and did not get what I ordered and paid

On the 23rd of Jan, my family and I ordered take aways from Nandos in Fearie Glen Pretoria to the value of R300 (order number 92). When I received the order I specifically asked the waiter if it is everything and she replied yes, five meals. It was relatively busy and I did not want to delay other customers and I did not check for myself. When I arrived home one meal was not included (half a chicken meal) and the food I ordered for my children where wrong i.e. hot peri peri instead of lemon and herb. They battled to eat the hot food. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to Arthur, manager on duty. He ensured me he will find out and come back to me. After 25 min he phone back. He stated that the waiter responsible for my ordered assured him that they did supply me with the full order i.e. I am lying and taking a chance. I stated that I do not want anything from them but want the owner to phone me so I can bring it under his attention. I also stated that we made other plans for food. He phoned me on my cell phone. I do not know if he put the phone down on me or if I lost signal (unlikely, have very good reception at home) but the line went dead. No further contact from Nandos. POOR
