Useless manager and horrific steak

After receiving the food, we established that the sauce/rub they had put on the steak tasted like sand. When the manager was called over, he tasted the sauce and said that it tasted fine. When we asked him to bring us a small bowl with some of the sauce in, he brought us a bowl with a salt/seasoning rub, which definitely wasn't the culprit for the sauce tasting so disgusting. He didn't seem to care and refused to bring us a sample of the grainy, sandy orange 'sauce! ' He didn't offer any kind of alternative or solution to the situation, and we paid for a steak that wasn't eaten. Will not be returning in a hurry. (They should also try employing waiting staff who have a solid grasp of the English language, the ability to operate a simple card machine and half a brain cell, as our waiter didn't have a clue what was going on)
