Staff Never put the correct portions - Phoenix

Hi, This is the third time I'm having a problem with this KFC, 2 Parthenon Street, Phoenix over the last 3 weeks. We always request a certain portion to be drumsticks as my wife and dad only eat that. I never had a problem with any KFC in the Gauteng area. But always seem to have problems in the Durban area. When asked if the portion is correct the staff always say yes but when we get home, not everyone can enjoy the KFC that they love. This time I sent my mum and told her to speak to the Manager (Thabile), and after telling her the problem we still receive the incorrect portion. I think staff needs to be re trained in order to assist customers correctly. I'm very unhappy with KFC services these day and after all my wife ate KFC almost everyday when she was pregnant. Get your staff in order quick and fast.
