Unhappy loyal NANDOS client!

I went to buy my lunch of chicken livers- full portion, placed an order and left to run my errands. When I got back to collect my food, Iwas told that they don't have big boxes for full portions BUT they can use a small portion box to contain my F/PORTION. I did not understand how a f/portion meal can fit in into a s/portion box, and I was assured it is still the same amount of livers in a small box. Bcos iwas hungry I asked them to do it and see. My gosh, as a loyal Nandos customer and I'm sure I have purchased full portion livers a million times before and I knw the difference, I was so shocked at the size of a box of a s/portion used for my full portion meal. And as I questioned this, the guy who helped me Thabo Sibiya assured me that what's inside was indeed a full portion. I went nuts just by looking at that box and felt that I was being taken for a ride. The dude was adamant I was getting what was worth to me. I even made a stupid eg asked him if it's possible to fit a size 10 feet into a size 4 pair of shoes. After a stupid argument I asked for their manager and was given 2small boxes FULL OF GRAVY.I cancelled my order immediately, to think Nandos is my fav and NOW THIS! DISSAPOINTD
