Bad Experience

On Sunday 11 Augusta, after a gym session at Claremont Virgin Active, I ordered a sandwich and coffee at the Kauai store based at the Claremont gym.

I was extremely disappointed with the food, the Italian bread that was ordered was burned, stale and so tough the I took one bite and spat it out. I returned it to the counter and just left very annoyed and angry.

For the price of the sandwich, I could count the amount of grated cheddar strips on a bed of old wilted lettuce.

They did offer a 'freshly' made sandwich eventually (which I thought I ordered originally) but did not know that it was a special request for freshness.

I lost my appetite and therefore refused the offer for a new sandwich. I immediately went online to complain and sent an email to [Email Removed] (link on their website) and 3 days later, still no response from them.

Really BAD service, BAD food and disgraceful that they don't bother following up with complaints.
I would seriously not consider buying from this store again.
