We order a lot of Take away from our Local Pizza Perfect and on several occasions I have forgotten to tell the lady on the phone that it was for delivery, and she was really annoyed by it - and has always given met the snotty remark of "You should have told me before I have put the order in, now I have to start again"... eventually I had started to remember this, and it was going smooth from there...

Yesterday I ordered again and I remembered to tell the lady that the order was for delivery but then I had to pay with my card, and guess what, same response from her..."urrrrrggggghhhh, now I have to start the order again, you should have told me that you are paying with a card"

Surely when you take phone orders the first thing you would ask is Cash or Card and then ask will it be for delivery or collect. I would think that would be part of the training as Pizza Perfect offers customers delivery and card services.

I really get annoyed by these peoples attitude as they are offering a service but they expect the customers to remember to tell them that it's card and delivery, before they place the order. And if the customer don't remember they get a bad attitude.
