Salad with key ingredients missing

I was with friends at the restaurant on Saturday night. I ordered the chicken salad with pineapple and celery - these were listed in the headline. I noticed halfway through the salad there was no celery. I conveyed this to the waitress who seemed not to understand. I then told her again and she brought some celery when I had two mouthfuls left of the salad. When the celery was brought to the table with a rocket leaf, I realised there was no rocket in the salad either. When I explained this to a manager who came to ask if everything was okay, I told her about the celery and the rocket. "I am sorry about that" however no money was taken off the bill for the missing ingredients.

Last month I went to Cappaccino's at Greenstone and ask for the half of the pizza I did not eat to be packed in a doggie bag. I asked and asked and asked where it was and the waiter promised it was on its way. WE could not wait any longer as it was time for the movie to start.

I think this is shameful for a place that is really trying to build its brand.
