Ocean Basket Blu Valley serves expired riced

In a nutshell, I went out to get takeouts from Ocean Basket @ Blu Valley Mall The Reeds. The rice had a terrible smell which is clear indication that it is off. This is health hazard and should not be tolerated. I'm appauled.
