Fudge Picasso Dessert not served but paid fo

Good day,

Last night I took my wife, son, niece, sister and sister in law for a birthday celebration of my son who was turning 6. I ordered the following:

4 x Ribs & Buffalo Wings
1 x Rack of Ribs for my son plus his soft drink
3 x soft drinks for wife, sister and sister in law
1 x Fudge Picasso Dessert

The total amount I paid equaled R 575.00 which is not what I am complaining about but the dessert I ordered for myself was not served to me and I also completely forgotten about it. I only realized when I get to my place that there was something I ordered which was not served.

I know that R 32.40 or so is little money but it equally a lot of money if the mistake for not serving what the customer/s had ordered was a multiple.

I would like to be refunded my money for the Fudge Picasso Dessert that was not served which I paid for.
