No good, just the bad, and the ugly

Salty inedible chips. Enough to push your blood pressure to about 170/100. Seriously bad.
Burnt calamari. Not one, not two, but three servings of burnt calamari. Totally inedible.
A medium to rare steak was ordered. To my absolute surprise, a near well-done steak was served up.
Baklava Dessert. Never. Ever. In my life have a tasted such a terrible dessert. The so called "phyllo pastry" resembled something more along the lines of a piece of rubber. I have no idea why this was even allowed to leave the kitchen. Im not sure if this dessert is frozen and when needed hastily defrosted, but it was atrocious to say the least.
Given the time it took for the meals to be served, all those who were unable to eat their food refused to place another order. Therefore, some of our colleagues left the restaurant hungry. What a disgrace to have gone to a restaurant and leave there hungry.
Further to this, on the subject of time, the entire table received their meals simultaneously BAR one person. It took a further 20 minutes for her food to be delivered.By the time her food was delivered we were all but done with our meals. My story is too long to fit in here, I will await your response.
