BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Once again an dissatisfied by NANDOS service. After my initial complaint dating back in March, a service manager got in touch with me to say I will be receiving a voucher for R50 (why so little by the way for a meal well above R100).
Despite several calls and emails with my address am still waiting on this voucher 5 months down the line.
