Bad couches and and dwindling ambiance

I used to enjoy going to Piato cedar as it was close and enjoyed the food, but I've noticed lately that the couches are in a terrible condition, it makes one really lose interest in going there, I think the restaurant needs to rectify this. Some of the pictures I have of this are appalling.
