Thanks for my voucher!

I saw on TV the specials that OK have, like 2L Coke for R12.99.So I went to buy it, when i got at the till I paid R16.99.I asked the lady why is it not on special like advertised on tv? she said she don't know. I complained to the OK head office, 2 days later their legal representative called me to apologise and told me that I will receive a voucher for my trouble, I also told him that the prices of the other stuff in store is sky high. He said that they will check on the matter. It's a month later and I haven't heard from them again, and the prices are still sky high! and no voucher yet.
