Service going downhill

We are regular customers at the KFC in Sunward Park, Boksburg (at least twice on a weekend and once in the week) and the service as been great. But as of late (the last 3 months) the service and stock levels has deteriorated dramatically. Every time we go there, there is never sweetener for the coffee. the ice-cream has been out of stock or the machine doesn't work. You have a new product on promotion but then you don't have the stock - ie. the new Cheesy Barbeque Burger, then there is no barbeque sauce. We ordered a chicken salad but then you have no salad dressing, I ordered a cup of rooibos tea - but you have no stock. They get the orders messed up - we ordered a 2 piece and pap but get chips instead. When we complain about it then the attitude is like whatever. This is very concerning that is why I thought I'd bring it to your attention.
Please advise what your steps going forward will be.
