Bad cooked food and late delivery of food

Good day
I have ordered 3x 1/4 chicken combo, chicken leg, 4wings barbeque and 1 burger chicken combo to my surpise the order was late upon opening the food and eating there was too much spice on the chicken it was like somebody poured the whole packet of spice on the chicken or the chicken has falled on the [URL Removed] to the wings the whole bottle of barbeque sauce poured on the wings.

How can people cook like this without measuring the spice, salt when cooking especially cooking for customers.

No this is unaccpetable. Get people who knows how to cook and give good customer service and not being late when delivering the food to the customers who make them get their salaries every month.

Can somebody please help before we change our minds and boycott Mochachos
