Whats going on

Kindly be advise that I have been at KFC Meyersdal a few times and the service seems to get worse and worse, I'm not a guy that complains but, I have never seen so many demotivated people in one area, then there is the food issue, my first time I went there I requested a ice-cream but they were out no bad so I requested Wing no they were also out of stock, so I left, the next time a went there, it was raining and I when inside the floor was a mess with water dripping everywhere from the roof anyway so there was a long queue they were helping and all of a sudden no one was in the front to help the customers, so we waited 10MIN, I had to call someone to assist us, I ordered and had to wait another 30min for our food, I promised myself I won't go there again but yesterday I thought to myself maybe they just had a bad day, so last night I went to go buy a grilled wrap and chicken Salad, received it went home, what a disappointment my wrap only had chicken and letters in it no sauce or tomato's and the Salad only Chicken and Tomato's not even worth R5, looked like someone ate from it before???
