Dead flies in my Pizza

While enjoying my Super pizza, my Son discovered a dead green flie in his Pizza. Upon careful inspection of the rest of the pizza, we realised there was still one more dead one hiding under the meat & cream. I went back to the Shop, Durban, Queen marry branch & was told it was just a Human error. Am worried about how many flies we must have eaten since we ate without inspecting for flies. No refund no nothing. This is really pathetic.
