Waiters rather watch TV than serve customers

My wife is seated for 5 minutes before someone reacts and offers assistance - why? - Because the waiters prefer to watch TV instead and to make things worse, one feels like an ape in a zoo with people in the mall staring at same TV through the glass doors.
To make matters worse, there are no less than three managers on duty and this kind of service is allowed.
Then, when one makes a scene, everybody has an attitude towards you - DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC to say the least!!!
