Today I had a Dagwood and chips and was horrified that the toast used was dry and rubbery... I spoke to my server and he called the store manager. To my surprise the attitude was more than apologetic. I was given a complimentary coffee for the ordeal and I will definitely visit this Wimpy more regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with menu choices.
