Unhappy with food and service

I work in Bryanston, very close to the sandwich baron, everytime i order something i test it and everytime the same happens i order and about an hour and a half later the food only arrives, and again to my surprize its cold, you guys make awesome toasted sandwiches but if i have to wait that long and its cold it completley puts me off the meal i waste my money to support you atleast twice a week Thats really bad service i mean a delivery cant take that long if the place which it needs to be delivered to is not even a kilometer away thats ridicilous. I really love your food but i am not satisfied by your service at all..
