I went to the Metropolitan Branch in Newcastle on the 06th of to claim for my investing policy that has matured. I was informed by Nombulelo that the money will be paid out on the 10th of January. This did not happen I phoned on Monday the 13th of January she said that she forgot but she will make the payment same day and since i am using Absa And the company is also using Absa i will receive it the same day. This did not happen I called on Wednesday thats when she informed me that she captured it on the system but forgot to make a pay out and that she would do it that day. Friday 17th she said she paid out and that by 12H00 it would be in my account. I am stil waiting!
