Worst costumer service ever!!!

We were waiting at the store for my pizza for 45 min after being told by the cashiers several times that it was almost done I finaly recieved my pizza but the rest of order was not done yet so he took it back and I had to continue waiting for every thing else, when I finaly got my full order my pizza was cold and with their customers service promise clearly on the box states if the sticker is black the pizza is free but when I spoke to the manager "Danie" he had excuses and ended laughing at us wich is very poor customer service. Clearly their customer promise means nothing to them!!!

Very bad service!!!
Please take my word and stay away!!!
