Tip Discrepancy and Bad Attitude from Manage

Great food and poor service. I had a nice dinner with two friends whom I haven't seen in a few years and received poor service from the staff. We later figured the poor service was because the tip was automatically calculated at 10% even though the menu says only "for parties of 6 or more". When complaining to management she balked we should "go to Camps Bay" implying this is the norm. Well, it shouldn't be the norm if it states differently on your menu and the service is slow.

Be forewarned.
