I contacted Nomagugu to make a booking for lunch for the 22 February 2013, at first she sent me the incorrect menu when I brough this to her attention she sent me a buffet menu for dinner and confirmed via e mail that we will get the same sea-food buffet for lunch on that day. She also confirmed my booking via e mail for our directors from Switzerland and staff. When we arrived it was a great embarassment that our names were not even on the list, they then started to shuffle around and arrange tables for us whilst we were waiting. As we proceeded to dish our food the restuarant got so full there must have been over 200 other people who arrived (clearly they had over-booked) We were not able to get to the food easily to dish, let alone get desserts. The food was getting finished some of us had to wait whilst some never got dessert and there was certainly no sea-food buffet. Our directors were not impressed with the experience.
