Worst managed fast food spot i've ever seen

This particular branch of steers has the worst customer service, and absolutely nothing to back it up. They are always out of stock of basic menu items. I have tried numerous times to get a milkshake there and they never have milk to make it with. Why is it even on the menu!? They once told me i could get a milkshake if i go to the store to buy them some milk to make it from. At the moment there is a nation-wide promotion that offers a burger and chips with a milkshake. I figured if there is a special offer, they would have to have it on offer. Nope. No ice cream this time around. Always wait too long for food there as well. Today i actually get a miracle milkshake and they serve it to me in an ice cream cup. This means the portion is almost halved, The cup has no space for a straw to go in and when you remove the lid it spills all over because they filled it to over the brim. They wont see me again until management is replaced. Poor poor poor. And i'm a student, so if i'm not impressed, i dont know who will be!
