Nando's without the chicken

Today an order was placed Chk 1488 around 09:47 for 2 combo's one of which was a strips and relish, rice and mixed veg. The delivery took place but upon opening the order there is no chicken, upon finding this the store was called to ask as to the error and was told it would be replaced free of charge.

By 11:46 when following up on the replacement order (3rd time) I was told it would arrive shortly... I have just called again at 12:22 speaking again to Oupa and still nothing? I have paid good money for a service (R15) and a meal (R74.80) and gotten neither.

I am VERY disappointed and will seek alternatives in future, as if this is the service then I want none of it going forward.
