No car, No service!

Just when I was still baffled by the fact that on a pay day yet I have to wait for 7minutes for my order, Sibonelo decied to make things even worse by serving people who placed same order after me and when I asked Joice she said I'm asking the wrong person as she's not the one did that and when I asked for Sbonelo he makes me wait another good 10 minutes and decides he just won't come! You must be kidding me! This got me thinking what criteria did KFC used hiring a manager who look so down on customers. At least Joice was kind enough to let me know that I might not be served since I was not driving! Oh! So is this the ill treatment every customer receives when they buy at a drive through because the doors are also closed or it was just my bad day or when you don't drive you're not allowed to be a customer when their doors are closed!!!
