Not worth the waste of time

I have ordered 2 steak burger meals today. Waited exactly 30 minutes to receive my order after I had to speak to the manager in store. He was very helpful and friendly but that does not change the fact that the burger was VERY FAR from steak and the service was totally disgusting. The staff don't even smile and do not show much interest in customer service at all. I will not recommend this place or its food to anyone, their menu is false advertising too because there is a big difference between a burned patty and a piece of steak. For having 20 staff members working one shift, they are extremely slow. They need much more training in all divisions. Very dissapointing.
