Great manager great service food

Received magnificent service from manager upon collection of my telephone order... In fact so great the manager gave me a bottle of chiponaise because I waited more than 3min. Yes three min. I was acknowledged & greeted the moment he walked past me where all other staff didn't even see me. We had a great chat while waiting for my food. Burger and T-bone was the order. The burger looked as great as always and the T-bone just smelt as devine as always. First bite of burger tasted like ash 2nd bite was crunchy. The beautiful looking steak had no taste and was very bland. Only to learn the bottom of steak was also full of charcoal-burnt pieces, meaning the grill used must have been filthy and thick of burned food stuck to it as every 2nd bite of steak was crunchy too. As usual the veggies, chips, onion rings & sauces were fantastic but the griller on duty tonight... Completely up our take-away dinner at home. You should know about this because this is not your standard and next time I order I definitely don't want to waste my money again.
Keep up the good work Mr manager. (African gentleman) but please change or retrain the griller.
