Spur Steak Ranches
Disgusting service

Myself, my husband and a friend went to Little Creek Spur last night for the burger special and our waiter could not have been less interested in us. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks and starter but I suspect this was because he was serving other people around us who actually came after us. We had to send our cheesy garlic roll back as it looked like a flattened hot dog roll and honestly we could not bring ourselves to eat it. We then waited a further 30 minutes for our food which only came as a result of us calling a female manager to assist us. We then had to wait another 20 or so minutes for our desserts and then again for the bill. We didn't actually feel like tipping the waiter but we did so only out of decency. Even the couple sitting opposite us was commenting on the bad service we were receiving as their service was also bad but not as bad as ours. We understood that things were hectic as a result of the burger night special but there is no excuse for such pathetic service.
