I added a complaint over 2 months ago& the store called me today not aware of the problem as KFC head office had not advised about the initial complaint. They want to resolve this with no clue how to & on their terms. its so amazing i paid for food i did not recieve & the other food was terrible but they would only resolve this on their terms. You guys frustrate me
