Lenasia Branch - goes extra mile to resolve issue

Cell C Lenasia (Waseem) needs to be highly commended and recommend for going the extra mile to resolve our previous now sorted complaint. He was in constant contact with my wife and made the port from Cell-C seamless to another service provider.
I also had a call from Ruth (Cell-C) who kept me abreast of all happenings during Thursday.
Both the above persons deserve more than a pat on the back...
Sadly _ I again have to note, that no persons from the call center called back or assisted in my call to them to resolve the problem. The crux of my initial complaint was directed more to the Cell C call center-not the Lenasia store...
1) Call Centre Staff - hopeless - no clue of process
2) Cell C - Lenasia - one staff member - needs more training
3) Cell C - Lenasia owner Waseem - high recommendation for going extra mile and will still deal with him in future - Thank you for all the assistance...
4) Cell C - Ruth (head office) - Thank you for calling an assisting...
At last my daughter has signal at Wits Campus - sadly at a loss to CellC
