Rotten tooth in the KFC Strawberry milkshake

In November last year we purchase a family meal that cost around R120.00 where you can change your slides. The meal included milkshake. My baby who was one year seven mths was drinking the milk shake and when my daughter shook the cup to see if any was inside we discovered an object that differnitely looked like a piece of rotten tooth. Same time i contacted KFC and the person by the name of Louie picked up the sample and the slip included with my contact details. Till today i have made numerous follow ups on the sample and i was also advised that the KFC worker took the sample for weeks of his leave and did not submit it to the Lab only after his leave. I have no idea whether the sample was tampered with after so many days of leave and have no feedback from KFC.Its disappointing because that used to be our favourite store and my family, especially my kids enjoy KFC
