Rotten Food and Shocking Experience

My family and i thought we would enjoy a lovely sit down meal but it turned out to be a disaster. My mum ordered the Funghi Creme steak and when was served there was a horrible smell in the air which she assumed was from outside the store as we were seated near the entrance. When she took her 1st bite she realised that the meat was literally rotten. The stench that the meat gave off was beyond disgusting. We reported this to the very uninterested manager who didnt do much but said "Oh I'm sorry" and left. we were waiting for some help and my 2 year old nephew was looking at the cakes on display when suddenly he was literally shocked by the counter and fridge. I didnt know what was going on until i touched the counter and given a huge jolt of electricity through my body. The staff refused to contact the owner or give us any details. We have taken a sample of the meat and will be issuing it to the health inspector. As for the child having to experience being electrocuted that is unacceptable. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
