On the 10th of June I became a new customer to Web Africa, battled like to complete the checkout process and had security certificate errors all over their website, I informed Web Africa and got a generic response "it's fixed" checked back the next day and the same error were still there, replied to the e-mail and advised that the problem still exists, never got any response.

I have on 3 occasions followed up on why my domain has not been transferred to Web Africa, and the response is always some generic response, it's in the queue blah blah etc.

It is now almost a month later and my domain has still not been transferred! No follow up, there's not even a follow up when a new customer signs up to say "dear customer have we done what we promised"?

There is more to life than automated processes, life is not a template!

Seeing as I have not been able to use the website, the billing cycle needs to be extended, and if you cannot do something as simple as transfer a domain, let me know and I will deal with an international company rather than put up with the South African level of service
