Over charged

We are regular customers of Mimos restaurant and eat there twice a week, but ordered take aways from them today and was refured to a sub contracted company named Dail a Meal T/A Mr Delivery, except for the fact that our order took an hour, we were charged a delivery charge tip and the invoice was ajusted with an extra R10 per meal added on to there menu price. On phone call we were told that is how it is and shoulders were pulled up. Be warned these people add there own mark up on well known Francise restaurant's National menu prices. I'm sure there is a consumer law against this. But this was the first and last time I use this service and I doubt that I will return to mimos if they allow this to happen.
