BAD EXPERIENCE

On 7/7/2013 it was my niece's birthday party at the above-mentioned. we waited approximately 50 minutes before we were seated and another 40 minutes for our orders. The food was under done, cold, the onions were oily and not crispy and the garnishing seemed as if it was taken from another person's plate. The food was sent back and forth and when I threatened to complain on this site the manager came but then I was on my way out already and apologized and assured me that the top manager would be in contact with me the following day. To date I have had no response from him. Spur Head office should redress the services at the halaal outlets because it is as if they have the attitudes of being limited so take this service or leave it, which in that case I would rather leave it and avoid them.
