Ad service and attitude

Went to the above mentioned branch for ice cream and milk shake as well after the other shop I went to machine was off, so we waited in the drive thru cue when we came up to the window and placed the order the lady with an extremely bad attitude said the machine is of they switch it off at 21:00 so I told her she is laying as we got ice cream from the branch same time as various other days she got mad and ignored me so I told her she was unprofessional and left maybe you should change your 24 hour signage to open normal business hours with only selected services available after 22:00!!!

train your staff on customer service!!!
