Dry old potatoe chips

In the past i have had good experiences with Steers their beef patties have always been good but the standard seems to be dropping, i bought the Steers combo today and the burger was ok not great and the chips were dry some burnt, dont understand how can you serve such food to a paying customer, was not able to send it back because i bought a take away and i am @ work, just want you know and sort this issue, if you dont you lose a lot of customers.
