Undercooked frozen patties

Ive been to two Steers outlets in Kempton park. One at Kempton gate at Total garage the other at Engen garage near Rhodesfield. This is what I found after my regular visits:
1. They serve burnt chips crumbs at the steers in engen
2. Both steers serve patties that are not cooked through. I've stopped eating steers, its disgusting. I'll end up eating dog meet from Brazil. It doesnt taste like beef too.

Whether you respond or not I couldnt care, I buy Nandos only now. At least I can see chicken and it tastes like chicken.
