Terrible Service and terrible food

We booked a table for 14 for a breakfast for our work team, we ordered the special breakfast, firstly, they brought the breakfasts first and the "add ons" and toast were brought 15 minutes later, we had to eat our complete breakfast with the add ons and toast 20 minutes after receiving it, therefore it was cold and almost finished because we were so hungry and waited so long for the toast and add ons. One of our ladies found an egg shell in her egg, one of our ladies had put tomotoe sauce on her chips only to discover the tomatoe sauce was actually off, when this was brough to the managers attention, he just gave another one with no apology, the other lady's cocktail juice was off (she didnt drink it all, obviously), the waiters at this Spur are terrible, they didnt know the bday song and had no customer service whatsoever, we didnt smell the manager because he didnt even apologise, we only knew he wore a red shirt. Out of all the Spur's we have been to, this has been the worst experience. All we did the whole time was complain because there was so much going wrong. Whoever owns this franchise needs to step up their game!!!
