Wimpy
Last time i use you

Wimpy- best you listen. I use your branches, countrywide, 2-5 times a week. Today was the final straw. I have had various issues with Wimpy, and they have always been resolved satisfactorily. But today!!! Today I was at Douglasdale, my third favourite store, when i ordered the breakfast special with tea, instead of coffee. I have had no problem ordering it with tea at northgate, Bellairs, Cape Town and Bloem. TWICE before i have had it at this store in Douglasdale- and both times the waiter said "it comes with coffee only". When I explained I had it with tea elsewhere it was allowed. But the third time I requested WHAT I EXPECT AND AM USED TO, the owner/manageress with her attitude felt it was ok to tell the waiter I was wrong, had never had that before (i.e. I WAS LYING!!! *swear words withheld*) and that it's not ok. I said I would never use her store again, she said ok. So guess what... OK- I WILL NEVER USE WIMPY (Douglasdale) AGAIN!!! EVER!!! As the the rest of Wimpy- i left Douglasdale, went straight to Bellairs and asked for the special... I asked with tea? And was told no problem! Wake up or lose on of your better customers!!!
