Terrible Service

A few of my friends and I decided to visit primi at the lifestyle centre in randpark ridge yesterday. Unfortunately the experience was not up to scratch. Our waitor was extrememly unattentive and the food was not up to scratch either. Firstly we ordered a peach iced tea and he brought back a lemon one, poured it into the glass and left. Once we had discovered this we informed him, only to be told that they dont have the peach variant. Could he not have told us, before he slighly poured it? We asked him to take it back, however it was still on the bill at the end of the meal. In addition, the only other soft drink that he could offer us was Coke, no other flavours. We waited longer than usual for our food, and he was never anywhere to be found when we needed his attention. We requested condoments and water which never arrived and we had to ask another waitor for assistance. Our Pizzas arrived with the cheese hardened as though they had been left under the warmer for an unnessary amount of time, the pasta sauce was also extremly oily and not the quality which we are used to. I am a loyal customer am extremly disappointed with the service!!!
